Each portion of NAMICon will have exclusive sessions to make the experience special.

The guidelines that are in effect on the date of our events will take precedence over our currently planned protocols, which include:

  • No vaccine requirements
  • Masks will be recommended for those that are not vaccinated
  • Hand Sanitization Stations will be readily available

If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please do not travel or attend the event. Contact the NAMICon team and we will work with you on refunding your registration fee.

Diverse perspectives and lived experience guide our programming and our work. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive conference experience that reflects those values.

NAMI is committed to making the in-person convention accessible to all individuals. If you are staying at the Hilton Minneapolis, the Minneapolis Convention Center is 3 blocks (10 minutes) away and also accessible via indoor Skyways. If you have a disability, as identified by the Americans with Disabilities Act, please indicate your requirements in the registration form.

Getting Involved

Will I get much out of the convention if I am not affiliated with NAMI?

If you have a story to share and a passion for mental health, we have a spot with your name on it at NAMICon. Professional experience or a previous connection with NAMI are not necessary to participate in and appreciate NAMICon.

NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization working on behalf of individuals with lived experience and caregivers. Whether or not you are a member of NAMI, you will benefit from the information offered during the event, as well as the chance to network with some of the most knowledgeable mental health advocates in the nation.

NAMI hopes to offer scholarships that would cover partial or full costs to attend the convention, but we cannot guarantee them at this time.

Any information regarding scholarships will be posted to our News page. Check back regularly for updates.
